Announcements :

The club always meets on the FIRST MONDAY of the month @ 7:30pm @ the RAFA Club, Imperial Road, Exmouth - unless Monday is a bank-holiday in which case we usually meet the following Monday. It was with great sadness we learnt of the passing of our Town Crier - Garth Gibson.  Garth had been a good friend to our club over many years, and we will miss the charisma he added to any event.

The club was well represented at what was a very impressive send off for Garth.  Our sympathies are with his family at this time at what is the loss of a truly great man. 

We must be doing something right, because our local papers are giving us some good coverage of late. 

Raising money is the result of the time, freely given, by those who want to help others. ARE YOU THE SORT OF PERSON WHO COULD BE A LION AND LIVE IN OR NEAR EXMOUTH? FORTHCOMING EVENTS:

We regret that, for various reasons, we were unable to hold the Family Fun Run in conjunction with the 531st Tribute Fund as part of the 65th anniversary of D-Day in Phear Park (Exmouth) on the 6th June.  We hope this event will now be held later in the year.  As it turned out, the heavens opened at about the time of the race, so it would have had to be abandoned anyway!

The 28th June will be our turn to organise the Car Boot sale at The Elizabeth Hall on Exmouth Esplanade.  Why not come along, browse, and support your local Lions?

For the time being we have no email address, having closed our account with Supanet.  A new address should be possible in the near future.  The membership email address is still valid.
